My name is Erik Nikolov and I am a doctoral student in Mathematics, more specifically in the area of Algebraic Geometry. 

In 2022, I completed my master's degree in mathematics. Now I work as a teaching assistent at the Gottfried Wilhelm Leibniz Universität Hannover. At the moment I am looking out for a PostDoc position starting in late 2025. 

Besides mathematics, I am into playing the guitar, languages and sports of all kinds.
